Rules of Play:

  1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Inner City Online 5050 Raffle.
  2. The raffle will take place Inner City Home Sudbury as per included draw schedule Oct 29/21, Nov26/21, Dec31/21, Jan28/22, Feb 25/22, Mar 25/22, Apr 29/22, May 27/22, June 30/22, July, 29/22, Aug 31/22 Location of raffle 251 Elm St. Sudbury P3C 1V5
  3. Tickets are available for purchase at the following prices: 10 for $10.00 – 60 for $20.00 – 200 for $40.00.
  4. Tickets will be available at all events held throughout the building at the or online via innercitywolves5050.com.
  5. To purchase an online ticket in the Raffle, you must supply us with certain personal information (such as name, home address details, date of birth, payment card details and e-mail address). Certain information (NTD: name, home address details, date of birth, and e-mail address) may be shared with AscendFS Canada Ltd. (“Ascend”) in order to process your request to purchase a raffle ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to us sharing this information with Ascend.   6. Tickets will be sold using the electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  7. For those raffle tickets purchased in-person, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly. All tickets purchased online will be delivered via email only. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure that they receive their tickets, however, purchasers do not need their tickets in hand to be included in the draw.   8. The winning ticket number will be selected by Random Number Generator (RNG), from all raffle ticket numbers sold during the designated raffle period.
  9. The amount of the 50/50 will be posted online at innercitywolves5050.com and innercityhomesudbury.ca – FB/website and partner site sudburywolves.com
  10. The winning number will be announced and posted to innercitywolves5050.com winner to be emailed, called directly with number posted on web sites at the conclusion of the draw.
  11. If the patron with the winning number on their ticket is at the event where the number has been drawn, they may then come to (--insert specific area for claim to be made during event--) or;
  12. If the winner is not in attendance at the event, or does not wish to claim their prize immediately, they may claim their prize by contacting Inner City – Home at: 1-705-929-9892, or by email at: michael@innercitywolves5050.com. The winner will be paid by cheque for the amount posted at the event and online via the online sales purchase portal for which they bought their ticket. Winners must have the original winning ticket and no copies.
  13. The winning ticket holder has 6 months to claim their prize from the date of the draw.
  14. Winners will be required to provide their full name, address and phone number upon claiming their prize. Once the certified winner is verified, they will be given a cheque in the amount of the declared prize which is, at minimum, 50% of the total sales for that event. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
  15. In the event that no winner comes forward, prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months following the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be reported to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and a charitable donation will be made to another organization, under the approval of the AGCO.
  16. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the innercitywolves5050.com 50/50 draws: Jennifer Grooms, Joe Drago, Julio Navarro, Jesse Winters, Jean Cousineau, Jeff Martin, Cathy Coe, Bruno Michel, Dr.Maurice St. Martin, Dr. Yovita Gwekwererere, Amanda Zurkowski.
  17. All orders will be processed and fulfilled using the Ascend Fundraising Solutions raffle management system. In the event of any discrepancy, the records of Ascend Fundraising Solutions shall be deemed correct and final. Inner City-Home Sudbury is responsible for the conduct and management of the raffle. The liability of the licensee shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
  18. The above set of Rules will be posted at each event.
